    Hard to argue with his points! I especially love how he highlights that his company is spread all over the country. I think an excuse to micromanage is often location/co-location or lack thereof. He busted that!

      He sure did. It’s all about making sure people know what they are expected to deliver – and how cool to think about the decreased relocation costs that will be realized as more and more organizations go ROWE…
