Wow, guys, this talk was truly inspiring.  I’ve come across pieces of Daniel Pink and Dan Ariely’s work before and think the concepts are phenomenal (and absolutely true to the modern workforce).  Though cultural shifts of this nature often take far longer than they should, it’s very exciting to have players like Culture Rx who are out there rounding up the troops.

I’m very excited to see how these topics will play out.  It’s good to have your organization in the Midwest, and I hope to see further ROWE implementation in Illinois soon.

Thanks for the comment! Glad you found the talk inspiring. You’re right – these concepts are so true to the modern workforce and it’s exciting every time an organization grasps that reality and moves forward with ROWE implementation.

Illinois? Yes indeed. You’ll be seeing more action there soon – and if there are any organizations you have in mind that would benefit from learning more about what we’re up to, send them our way through info@gorowe.com. Happy to connect with them!

Hey Michael, (and the ROWE Team),

Another home run post. Dan has been in an amazing groove for years now, starting with “Free Agent Nation” back in 2001, then “A Whole New Mind”, “The Adventures of Johnny Bunko” (the first business book published in manga in the United States), then “Drive” in 2009. In fact, it was Dan’s blog that directed me to “Why Work Sucks”.

Dan is one of the voices clarifying the direction that our educational system and work environment need to be taking. Adults, when treated like adults, produce superior results. ROWE defines the nuts and bolts of the process; how to coordinate the efforts of a team of self-motivated individuals. Mark Barnes is proving that a Results Only Learning Environment is effective with (gasp!) middle-school students. And Michael, of course you know first-hand how ROWE works in your company.

Keep it up guys and gals! We love you. Go ROWE!

Truly an enlightening presentation, thanks! Hopefully ROWE will finally push out those outdated work risk/reward concepts. I have every intention on being a champion for CultureRx and all they are doing to modernize the work environment.

Thanks, Joel!  The world is changing, people are becoming more and more vocal about what they want and *need* to do a good job, and ROWE organizations are proving that treating employees like adults is best for the bottom line.  Your support is appreciated – looking forward to hearing more from you! :)
