Cali Ressler & Jody Thompson
Cali and Jody created the Results-Only Work Environment from within the bowels of Corporate America – while at the same time, juggling families, careers and all the other demands of life. Wait –did we say demands?
The traditional solution of flexible schedules is not the answer to managing life’s many twists and turns. Work sucked. So they set out to fix it.
Today, Cali and Jody are leading a global movement to forever change the way we work and live. For everyone.

Stacey Swanson
We like to think of Stacey as our Human ROWE-sources department – she really gets that a ROWE is the contemporary benefit for employees today. Having suffered in non-ROWE environments for many years, Stacey knew that she had to be part of changing the game. Why? ROWE is a sustainable strategy for organizations to attract and retain talent in an ever demanding environment. And, employees are happier. ROWE definitely isn’t your Mother’s flexible work schedule.
Stacey has a BA in Business-Economics, MA in Management.
When asked where she works from, she will respond, “Have you heard of the internet, mobile phones and voicemail?” ‘Nuff said.

Shelly Sorenson
We plucked Shelly from the Corporate Jaws of Death and are now reaping the benefits of her uncanny ability to keep us all in line. Shelly is our Air Traffic Controller. She scans the landscape and carefully orchestrates the when and where of the team behind the movement.
We wondered if Shelly would miss long commutes, senseless meetings and asking permission to use the restroom. So far, she thinks freedom to be an adult, make adult decisions, and work in a way that makes common sense is so much better. Duh!
Shelly has a BS in Psychology and Sociology. Great combo for social change!

Christy Runningen
Christy, once a ‘lifer’ in Corporate America, has now joined the ROWE movement. At Best Buy, she was fortunate to live the ROWE lifestyle for 4 years and is now manic about getting everyone across the globe living the dream.
With Christy on board, we are well on our way to becoming the new standard for Human Resources. She comes armed with MA in Counseling Psychology, BA in Child Psychology, and is SPHR Certified.
Christy is ROWE. We definitely like that.

Michael Reynolds
In addition to being a ROWE Consultant, Michael is President/CEO of SpinWeb – one of the first small businesses to become a ROWE. He is a speaker, trainer, and entrepreneur who has had extensive experience helping both business and non-profit clients utilize marketing and technology to become more productive.
