ROWE Gives Clear Results Focus at Diaz & Cooper Advertising

Todd Cooper, Co-Founder and VP/Creative Director of Diaz & Cooper, was looking for a way to boost productivity and increase job satisfaction for his employees. The solution he found was radical, but in his mind, necessary.

So, what is ROWE?

Author and Co-Creator of ‘Results-Only Work Environment’ (ROWE) to Deliver Third Keynote at TechPoint’s Innovation Summit

Jody Thompson co-created ROWE with her business partner Cali Ressler at retail giant Best Buy, revolutionizing the workplace as we know it. Today, Jody and Cali are leading a global movement to forever change the way people work and live.

INDIANAPOLIS (October 26, 2011) — TechPoint, Indiana’s technology growth initiative, is bringing Jody Thompson to Indianapolis to deliver an afternoon keynote address at Innovation Summit presented by Comcast Business Services on November 8, 2011.

Thompson is the co-founder of CultureRx and co-creator of Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE). Her first book Why Work Sucks and How to Fix It, written with her business partner Cali Ressler, was named “The Year’s Best Book on Work-Life Balance” by Business Week. Learner’s Edge Announces Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE)

Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency Announces Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) Implementation
