July 13, 2012, MINNEAPOLIS—Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson, founders of CultureRx and creators of the Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE), announce the launch of their redesigned website at www.gorowe.com. The redesigned site features information about ROWE, training options, a blog, information about ROWE-centered books written by Ressler and Thompson, keynote booking forms, and a member-based community section.
ROWE is a management strategy in which employees are evaluated strictly on performance, rather than merely presence in an office or at a worksite. Ressler and Thompson founded CultureRx to spread the idea of ROWE to help employees juggle families, careers, and life’s other demands. Their newly redesigned website will assist them in spreading information about the viability of ROWE in modern work environments.
"We think the new look better fits our mission," said Ressler. "While ROWE isn’t necessarily a new idea, it still is by no means common in the modern work place. We wanted our website to reflect the simplicity, but also the elegance, of the process in which a company can adopt ROWE. It's very straightforward, easy to navigate, and focuses on results. Our goal is, and always has been, to make ROWE the status quo. The new site design will help move that goal forward."
The redesigned website has already launched, and was designed by SpinWeb, a digital agency specializing in corporate web design and digital marketing. For more information, please visit www.gorowe.com.
