Just a few questions about this Fortune article, "Unproductive Fridays are a $1.9 trillion problem and some companies are banning meetings to get more stuff done"

What if there is nothing to wrap up on a particular Friday? 

What if it's not about engagement, but actually about purpose, meaning, trust?

What if everyone got clear about defining measurable results?

What if the actual work determines when/where employees do what they need to do?

What if 100% autonomy + 100% accountability was the mindset instead of focusing on hours and location and gimmicks?
