Customers don’t care if your idea came from a boardroom, bedroom, or beach—they care that it works, scales, and solves.
Collaboration should be frictionless, asynchronous when possible, and ruthlessly focused on delivering impact—not performance theater.
So the next time someone asks, “But where are people collaborating?”
Ask them back: “What are they actually producing?”
