Nah, work is something you do. You may not like your job/career or the way you are required to work (workplace culture), but just imagine if you did enjoy your work and how you worked. Work seems pretty awesome now, doesn’t it?
“People need structure.”
Nah, people need what they need when they need it. Shifting the mindset from knowing what people need to creating environments for people to feel trusted, supported, and respected to express what they need, when they need it is key.
“Change is hard.”
Nah, change is a constant. Change happens in all areas of life. Resisting change is what causes stress and tension.
