Employees in ROWE™ certfied teams report better health behaviors in the study:
- More sleep (almost an extra hour each night)
- More exercise
- Staying home when sick
- Early treatment for illness
Employees in ROWE™ certfied teams also report greater schedule control and less work-family conflict, which lead to greater health and well-being:
- Improved mental well-being
- Reduced stress
- Greater feelings of being in control of one’s life
- Better overall health
- Improved energy
