The mindset shift is where it's at.
Before beliefs about how work "should" look can change, every person on every level within a company needs to examine their own work experiences, which have led to their beliefs about work.
It does not need to be about right or wrong. That's fuel for a debate of egos.
Instead, focus on the development of beliefs. When did they begin? What supported them? Why do they continue to influence the current work experience? Are they objective? Can they be supported by data?
If others do not subscribe to your beliefs about the work experience, does that threaten you or does it threaten the quality of the work (how do you know)?
